4. User Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality
• All activity conducted under your account
• Ensuring uploaded data is lawful

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You must not:

• Use the Services unlawfully
• Upload misleading or illegal content
• Reverse engineer or exploit the platform
• Interfere with security or performance

9. Data Ownership

• Users retain ownership of uploaded data
• Perry Hae is granted rights to process data to provide Services
• Anonymized data may be used for analytics and improvements

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for:

• Breach of Terms
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Security risks

Users may terminate accounts at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Perry Hae is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• Liability is capped at fees paid in the previous 12 months

• Violations of applicable laws

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). DIFC Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
